really terrible. work here without expecting any salary or money. Ultimately everyone working for money, if you don't get money for 3 months and your pf contribution will not submitted in your account then anybody feel frustrating.

The Designers in organisation are quiet good, you learn while working live on projects. The end products are high end.

Dislikes

Salary Delay,Salary Cuts, Non payment of taxes and PF contribution is a regular thing. Forget your Mediclaim money,Gratuity amount and F&F. Poor Organisational structure,no scope for growth. No trainings. Not recommended if you are from a good institute. They might give you a high hike on package but will eventually not pay you as they have a common practice of salary cuts/delays and no PF contribution.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
