really terrible. work here without expecting any salary or money. Ultimately everyone working for money, if you don't get money for 3 months and your pf contribution will not submitted in your account then anybody feel frustrating.

forgot about full and final settlement. you will never get it. if you are lucky enough you will get your salary.

The Designers in organisation are quiet good, you learn while working live on projects. The end products are high end.

Dislikes

Salary Delay,Salary Cuts, Non payment of taxes and PF contribution is a regular thing. Forget your Mediclaim money,Gratuity amount and F&F. Poor Organisational structure,no scope for growth. No trainings. Not recommended if you are from a good institute. They might give you a high hike on package but will eventually not pay you as they have a common practice of salary cuts/delays and no PF contribution.

Excellent work culture, frequent reviews are there. Railway displays are also being made which give us good exposure. 5 days week is good.

Food served in cafeteria could be better. Work pressure is high.

company was not doing good earlier but now they have good projects. For some years salaries got delayed but everything has improved now. I left because I moved to hometown but enjoyed my working there
