...ators, they don't give a damn about your feedbacks when they make any decisions. Due to cost cutting if you have to travel to korea, they literally count each day and over load you with lot of works to cut down the stay. Work culture is very different thank any western countries, don't expect them to be friendly. They literally treat you like a slave. Overall top and mid management needs to change.

Nothing much to like. Facilities provided by company like food , transport , time to time outings are good

Worst company to work . But it also depends on Team u r working in. Too much work pressure. People dont talk to u in professional way they try to demotivate or insult u if u dont know a particular task . its expected to work on late nights or on weekends . Mostly they provide tasks on Friday evenings and will ask update in Monday. Poor company especially for women

Too much politics and bossism from top organisation to down. Lateral hiring just for to keep ready blame pointerd if something goes wrong. No respect for your contribution. No innovation just close Jira, even if try to do something new management will not support. Hybrid policy is there but expections to come office everyday. Pathetic work culture.

There is nothing good about Samsung Semiconductor. The worst part is the old people working there from past 25+ years. There is a lot of groupism there - keralite , tamilian etc because of which there is hell lot of office politics. Actually cheap office politics
