There is nothing good about Samsung Semiconductor. The worst part is the old people working there from past 25+ years. There is a lot of groupism there - keralite , tamilian etc because of which there is hell lot of office politics. Actually cheap office politics

Top and mid level management really sucks. They are literally dictators, they don't give a damn about your feedbacks when they make any decisions. Due to cost cutting if you have to travel to korea, they literally count each day and over load you with lot of works to cut down the stay.
