See if you working under company pay roll then there is a growth,salary increase, learning, skills improvement and there will good company culture but people are working on 3rd party payroll and they're working like dead body just coming for money that's it nothing else....

Everything...to dislike. they doesn't even care if you leave and go I don't want blame management because they're also helpless because doesn't work like others if they had FDI in India like apple then people would a got everything what others provide

Company policy is very good but not growth on job security and salary increment..we are working in local vendor only.we want to the higher position of the job level..

Career growth is very slow..salary is constant only..not a increment as per rules..

Good work enivornment and culture .Teammatent are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade forchilling

There is a lot of politics and the management does n't address our issues. Salary is decent but career

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Same times, I have to work 8-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.
