Compensation is unmatched compared to similar companies in the same industry.

Dislikes

Everything apart from the compensation is terrible. No career path; it is usual here to promote (ASM to DAM) and demote (DAM to ASM) someone in the same year. Never had a training in my 4yr S&M stint because apparently 'training is just another excuse to not achieve your target' . HR is non-existent. For Sales team, it is the national distributor who decides the appointment & transfer of ASMs and ABMs.

Every Employee should feel secured in the job to give best performance. Here Job security is worst,we can even say as pathetic. Every Employee here will feel worried about his job once December month is coming. Employee should leave Organization with a reason.but HR simply saying "Nothing to do with ur performance & Integrity.As part of Organizational restructuring we r asking u to leave" is one of the pathetic reason any Organization would've given. Sorry to say this

...b. One has to spend atleast 1.5 years in the organization to get the hang of it. Salary and incentive is better

Samsung has korean dominant culture. It is extremely hierarchical and takes a lot of time to execute small changes. Career progression takes time.

Per peice incentive and over and above incentive salb is very good and every month traning schedule is very good

In diwali no bonus provide by samsung and increment on every year is very less to comparison other brand
