Atrocious Work Environment specially designed by the No. 1 Information Security Team. I was the part of this God Forsaken Team and the Senior Managers Daga Gogo and Teja fried and ate us alive. They don't have idea of the skill set you carry and only believe in Favouritism and Politics. They only want Girls (with legs wide open) and bootlickers who can say yes to their demands. No Skill development , No Learning, No dedicated domain for specialization you'll have to do everything including hammering Laptops before Scrapping and it doesn't matter if you are an L3 Engineer or Manager you still have to do it. All they want to do is save money especially the No. 1 Information Security Team(don't know for whom). Total disregard for life of employees or their family especially during the Pandemic. All they want to do is have Morning Meeting and TTT and laugh out. No WFH especially for people serving Notice Period.

Credits stolen by Incompetent Managers. Top heavy organization (surplus managers-few engineers) Politics at its best. Monarchy is followed. Software Engineering team (testing&devops) works like clerical support to development. No transparency in policy.
