...eir relatives and students into the company as employees and get a huge benefit. (not sure of referral bonus in company but would definitely get some from their students.) 2) The managers themselves are not updated on new technologies. They are not open to new ideas and they undermine juniors when they come up with one. They are very orthodox and don't have guts to speak to Korean counterparts. Instead they agree to every work from Korean office and pressurize the juniors and put the blame that its because of them the targets aren't achieved. But in reality they don't have a clue on team management, upgrading themselves with tech and don't have basic sense on how to speak to juniors. It's a sad reality that talented juniors have to suck up with such mediocre managers and finally they leave the company because of the treatment they receive from such managers. Advice to leadership to get rid of these senior managers. It's no good to keep people based on their seniority. They feel extremely comfortable in their positions and have not learnt anything that is valuable for company. They bully juniors because they think they have spent so many years in the organizations and nobody can harm them This culture of retaining such old and mediocre managers should change.

Like nothing about this company not even a single thing.

...rs, the reality is you’ll be working 12-13 hours on average, including weekends. During release periods, this can escalate to 15-17 hours per day without any extra pay or compensatory time off. Lack of Concern for Employee Health: The management shows little to no concern for employees' health. Even when dealing with medical conditions, they expect you to continue working. For example, I once took a half-day sick leave due to a fever, only to be told by the Project Lead (PL) that I must connect and work from home. Toxic Senior Management: Senior employees often display a lack of respect toward juniors, offering no support and creating a mentally taxing environment. The constant pressure leads to resignations, often under duress. Authoritarian Leadership: Managers and Project Leads frequently engage in excessive flattery towards the Korean Managing Director (MD), who treats employees like subordinates. Public meetings often involve verbal abuse and unnecessary shouting, creating a hostile work environment. Unrealistic Expectations & High-Level Politics: The company demands that tasks be completed within impossible timeframes. Failure to meet these deadlines results in scolding and public humiliation. PL don't have knowledge about tech stack he just know how to scold you and make your fun in from of whole team. After one years most of the people is leave from this company because of extremely toxicity. No Celebration or Recognition: There is no acknowledgment of festivals or employee well-being—work is prioritised above everything else. Even if you will work day and night, appraisal also you will not get.

This company is completely toxic. They hire people under the name of 'hybrid' but they call you into the office Everday of the week without any official email. For 2-3 months you can't apply for leave because ,in the project you are in ,you are doing the work of 4 people alone. There is no work culture .All PLs,PMs and HR's are toxic. You can't even take sick leave, even if you have medical condition. The timeline for all projects is always short, and if someone does not listen to them, they mark it as NA,meaning no leave ,no Salay hike and you will have to come to office every day. Even though they say its 9 hours ,you will have to work 12 hrs. Everday. Salary hike and bonus is only for few employees for others it 6 %.

Increment and Salary on time.

Dislikes

1. Bonus is only given to top performers. 2. Fake Cab pooling policies. Never get applied in your case. 3. Strict School Like timings. Otherwise half day leave will be deducted. 4. All managers and project leaders are politicians. For their benefits they never support developers and commit the impossible dead lines. 5. You will not get internet to search for. You have to search from your mobile and then type the code in your pc. 6. Needs to complete at least 9 hours in a day or else half day will be deducted. 7. No festivals celebrations. 8. Koreans thinks that Indians are their slave.
