Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

The leadership is having very strong and high morals and doesn't compromise with the quality of the service. Customer gets what is promised in the highest degree of professionalism. Company deals with every employee in a very human way and gives ample opportunity to learn. I am sure it will be a life time memory you collect by working here, although the perks are not that much attractive.
