Principles will rarely support you if any problem will arrises.Under employment is there which results in too much work load.Some where i feel their is lack of confidence boosting culture of their employee in this company.

It was a different and special experience working with Samsara . This Company is very focused on Growth and developments , at the same time , they ensure that Company reputation and Services' to clients are maintained at improved levels constantly . Samsara has well disciplined working style and ensure that all Employees adhere to Company's working culture .

Dislikes

Appraisals are not open and Salary structures + Increments need to be at par with Shipping Industry . Also the communication between Top Management and Branches need to be more clear and frequent .

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Campany policies are good. Appraiser are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
