New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. There is job security and good work culture from top management, but from project management, very few support given until last moment of target and it is very difficult to introduce any new vendors or contractor for achieving targets.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

supporting staff is non experienced and unqualified. No growth of you post. There is no any system for appraisal and policies.
