Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There's nothing much to like about. But one can develop skills which can be used for future development and learning. Company is good for a fresher to start his/her professional journey.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike working at Samriddhi Petro Products Pvt Ltd One would not have any Work-Life balance. I've worked for more than 3years in the company and yet never received any benefits. I never got any apprisal and there's no Job Security. Even after serving for more than 3years without receiving any apprisal, I was suddenly informed that I am needed no longer to work for the company. I don't feel one can count on this company for his/her career growth. Also, I must mention that the company culture is very dirty and racist. Officers and Managers are corrupted and prefer a few of their own choice.
