I like because this is a Indian company start business from earth and now give competition to Global brand Good Luck Sparsh and best wishes

Dislikes

I dislike because company always focus on hire higher level staff rather than Sales ground level team. Never take Feedback/idea from ground Staff which is more effective for make better policy for company.

Dislikes

This company is committing fraud by appointing someone to some post and including them in the sales department This company does dirty politics with people, it has no working system, no department interferes in anyone's work, no one's work is fixed. No training is given to new joiners. Work that it be done by 4 people gets done by 1 person.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
