Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Management do not value individual's unique strengths. I do receive appreciation mail from clients but they go unnoticed also there is no job security. No maternity leave at all. Half of the time you may have to attend office on week off also.

The company is open to new technology & innovation... readily adopts latest technology... Teammates are fantastic. Salaries are always on time... sometimes before time. Work environment is good. Once permanent job is secured (*terms & condition apply) Regular training & self development sessions are conducted for employee betterment.

Dislikes

HR Policy is bit difficult to understand. Do not get any additional incentives (sales team) nor bonus at the time of festival. Employees are overworked with responsibilities. Career growth is very slow.
