Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is high. I have work 10-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend drivers calls into the night but no problems its part of duty. Over all good experience work with company.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. All team and senior's are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2.5 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Leave management is often rigid, making it difficult to take time off when needed. Additionally, certain aspects of the work culture can feel stressful and overly competitive.

Not a mature Management. Job not secure after the death of Managing Director. Working culture is very bad. Every bodies put another legs. Politics in every department which is main cause not to do the job as given to employee.
