Nothing as such to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

Pathetic place to work with, they’re expecting you to be machine’s only and they’re expecting to leave your family and focus on work only for straight 24*7. No work life balance, pathetic environment, very very bad work space poor infrastructure, no hygiene. They will deduct money for everything, example if you’re not able to find relevant profiles or you did 2-3 cv they’ll straight away deduct half day or full day. They’re expecting you to work on national holidays as well and if you aren’t able to work on these particular day’s they’ll deduct 2 days salary. Not at all good for your mental peace.

The environment was full to work but someone who love to work alone can do a great job there. But my experience was quite good with the firm.

Dislikes

There was not much to dislike just the environment need to be a bit cheerful that's all and the coffee machine should not used as that please add that chai powder there it tastes soo good.

Sampoorna is an excellent place to learn. I am part of the team that markets high quality products and with good client base. It would be a good opportunity for fresher to learn about work and all.. good platform for freshers.
