It is a company where we can develop our skill. They constantly keep a look on the workload of every individual to make sure that no employees are overworking so that they can take breaks in between their work time. There is also a healthy relationship between boss and the employees. It is a guarantee that no employee gets really pressurised in his work which may also have an impact on the employee 's performance. Most importantly, all employees here are given very fake amount of time to complete their alloted tasks. Even the bonuses and compensations given here is good. All employees are also encouraged to pour in their suggestions, even when it's related to tasks which they are not responsible of. Overall its a great company to be in.

Add far as I am concerned, tuners are no dislikes.

There is no specific hierarchy and you can reach out to even the MD in a minute without having a schedule on any issue for getting things done. People are self motivated and does not have any mechanism to monitor or look after people. There is no limit for you in learning. You can venture into any part of the team as you wish and per your interest with having completed your assigned responsibility.

Dislikes

Too many primary stake holders made decision a complex process.
