...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. The Samparc Institute the a an appreciable institute for providing skill to the trainees of ITI and having good results in exams and placement of trainees in various companies like L&T , TATA , Mahindra and Mahindra , etc .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

SAMPARC give all type of help, good environment, food, health, education, Lifeskill, good life style and most important is security to children and also staff. SAMPARC give best services to all children. Taking care about their health wealth education and all over off children I'm sure this orphanage is best of the organisation in pune district I am so greatfull with this organisation.👍
