Salary not on time always The company constantly changes its rules, often implementing new ones based on the owner's mood. What is promised and what is practiced are rarely the same. This instability creates a difficult work environment. Employees are frequently expected to work late nights, especially when stock arrives, and are even asked to handle tasks beyond their role, such as carrying inventory like laborers. There have been instances where I had to sleep at a petrol pump and even clean the office under the pretense that it’s "our responsibility." Overall, the work culture lacks professionalism and respect for employees.
