Good at work place,and management is transparent to it, company policies are excellent,and salary are in average.

Dislikes

Management won't encourage in all aspects,for example salary won't hick,and poor increments,and job training is not prefered.

Likes

There is no restriction to move around the different departments. You can get good exposure to work if you are a just beginning your journey as a mechanical engineer.

Dislikes

...esi amount for one year. You will not be given any joining letter while joining. They don't mention your CTC split up in salary pay slip. Salary slip can't be used as a proof for anything because it doesn't look official. HR department doesn't really care about your issues. You will not have salary increments on time, you will literally have to beg for the increments. You will not be paid for the overtime work. Over all I wouldn't suggest anyone who has done enginnering to join this company. It's only good for people who have completed their diploma.

Good work environment and management. And no restrictions to move other departments.

The major problem is bond issue. And also notice period 3 months which we can't break at any cost. You will not to be paid pf and esi for first one year.They have not given any joining letter and after resignation they were treating very bad. finally simply this company not suitable for who starting the career.No value for our work and dedication.

A company that makes you believe that you can do it when problems are ahead of you. You can learn in any departments no one will ask you why you learning this in this department.

When compared to similar manufacturing companies salaries are a bit low

The company cmd is very talented hard working intelligent great motivator .The company vp and director operations are very very nice gentleman,kind,great humanities,helping nature. Companies have good ethics
