The job security. Specially for Sales people as they will ask you to leave in 2 months period of your joining and this is consistent from past 16 years. The company lay’s off twice in a year. No sales process are followed and nothing so systematic. No sales team is there and conservative sales approach. After reading this comment if u are thinking that I may be some stupid guy and you are different and will achieve heights in this organisation then please keep your overconfidence and ego a side. It’s a serious and genuine reminder folks. I hardly write any reviews and comments but I am writing this for sake of the sales community to save their time, career, physical and most important mental health. Samin Tekmindz a BIG NO.

Everything ...and JS. Why do you think none of the negative review comments has his name despite him being responsible for all the politics and bad work culture? Because he is the one who gets negative reviews planted. He wants to be the CEO of this company and he plays politics against current CEO behind the scenes which she would never believe or understand. Even she is scared of this guy.

Working with Tekmindz for the last 10 years, here I have learned and worked on a lot of the different projects and technology, They also provide the training which is very helpful to good to your career growth. Management is a very helpful and friendly environment and flexible workplace In the lockdown situation, Tekmindz provides work from home without cutting our salaries which is a good thing here. They provide food facilities, snacks, cab facilities, and health insurance which are also good things here.
