V R Gowda one of the waste Unit Head of Kunigal Unit. Not worthy for 20 k salary also even casual worker works good. And UNIT HR one of the greatest time passer and unit head PA both are useless.

... with industry but these kind of manufacturing industry make their life a hell.. please kindly change , leave your cheap mentality of cutting pocket of your own employee and making profit, instead of that utilize the youth for the next generation manufacturing and compete worldwide ..

Responsibility in the initial years is good but you will not be able to take any decisions.

...d management still follows work from office. 5. Exploitative workplace policies. Minimum 3 months of notice period where they will not pay you salary. No HR policies for employees. 6. Attrition rate is extremely high. People get fired without intimation and abruptly. They do not pay settlement amount to many and withhold releiving letter. 7. Infrastructure is extremely poor.
