Job is not secure. Kamal Singh katal , paramjeet and deepesh gandhi . All of three are theives . They all are working for company and doing every work on commission with the suppliers . If these three persons stay more than Samco India can not take more growth but can go to downward position like as gallium . Poor management in Samco India. KAMAL SINGH KATAL producing the political environment to every employee. Kamal singh katal gave mentally harassment to every person i was also mentally harassed by him. My decision of working with Samco India just spoiled my time. And in local market related to machine manufacturers every person knows about the curreptive activities of the management.
