In this company I worked as a Cost Assistant and got an opportunity to learn Cost Audit Report, Budgeting, Product-wise profitability report and some Internal Audit related tasks which gives me a better understanding of costing concepts and rich experience. So, either a fully qualified or semi-qualified CMA Fresher can join this company to get a good exposure in Costing by handling some different scenarios in budgeting..

Dislikes

You cannot expect a promotion, irrespective of the number of years you have been working there. You will be in the same designation as when you joined until you resign from that company. You cannot expect a yearly and timely increment though the company is making profit. If they incur a loss, the increment may get postponed up to 2 years.

No consistent increment No promotions for administrative staffs even if you work there for more than 10+ years You cannot gain system knowledge as there are lot of restrictions. Even they won't offer you MS Excel for your workings. You cannot expect a recognition when you are getting qualified as a Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant while you are working there.
