Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is no positive things.very poor company

...hey have two policies one for arab another for non arabic speaking country guys. Arabic guys they got benifits like yearly tickets vacation salary and end of service benefits. But non arab no u have to fight with the company then u will gat 50% end of service benifits so u should go to the labour court. After you will get all of ur money but project atmosphere is gud bcz all are ministry project they will secure from that company. If ur good position in that project or other wise thay will kick off north east west and south u can't stay same place atleast 3 months.
