... work environment and culture. Company policy are some different but in average. All seniors and management supported salary paid time to time and bonus every year for every employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing good in this company, there is not a single wrong thing here, there are only bad things everywhere, the people here are uneducated, no one here talks straight to anyone, the right to talk to anyone. There is no way, here everyone talks about the place, and first of all to the director, no one would have even thought of such a weird director, he calls us for some reason to talk about the work on call. he doesn't do it

Well, I don't want represent anything that I dislike. It's on me that I don't like on my perception. Everything could be better if you put your heart in to it.

Respected sir I was working with my own firm due to some financial problems i closed my firm permanently so I am searching a new job to make a new career, My overall experience in my firm :- I was handling my production lines,Assembly lines,Press shop and trying to provide better quality product to full fill the requirement of customer, I did a project by using that I reduced production time in press shop I applied 5s system In my firm I was supplying luggage bags pull handle to Monifa engg.pvt.ltd I started my firm in May 2015 and closed it in jun 2018
