I didn't like anything much there...they favour mostly those whom they no personally, so many people are working there through there family relations, and only they are getting promotion

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, they didn't pay you for over time, they will ask u to come on Sunday, you will not get leave on Diwali,holi, only few people are hardworking other are just acting

Likes

The only place where you can have 360 degree experience starting from backend work to being the face to the clients. The work culture is completely different from corporates. Feels amazing to work in DU South campus and feel the greenery.

Dislikes

No work life balance You will be expected to learn everything in a month or so. Filthy politics.

Samarth gave me the opportunity to work as a fresher, I did not have any skills as such except my keen interest in learning new things. I bagged the job offer and after 2 years of my experience here, I can say that what this place taught me...no other place could. Nothing else could add so much worth to my CV or career.

This is not a company first of all. This is a project by Ministry of Education (MoE), There no management and members of top level have no corporate skills, just they completed research in IIC, University of Delhi and become Head of project. There is no management and proper planning to do things. Due to lake of managerial skills and no proper planning, all the pressor come to development team. people 2-4 y
