Dislikes

You cannot be friendly with colleagues, else you are fired. They hire candidates for project-based work/new client work but they will not disclose the same at the time of joining. Even after asking this question they will assure you that if not this project then they will assign you another project but you will not lose your job. However, if a client discontinues the project or even reduces the scope of work and limits the work requirements , still you are fired from your position. No job security. No job stability. Hire and fire policy. They use you as per their wish and will take you for events and make you work for 12 hours. No proper tea, breakfast and food will be provided. And then they will fire you once their work is done. This company is not reliable enough. Be aware before applying here. Your career will be at stake. Suddenly they start laying off employees by giving reason that they dont have clients. They have laid off almost 27+ employees within 6 months. No firm decision making. No HR policies in place. No concrete plans and processes. Everything is hay wire. Management decisions are childish and keeps changing within a day’s time.

Interning with saman technosys has been fantastic experience, especially as fresher one of the standout aspects is the supportive and collaborationteam environment. my teammates are incredibly helpful and always willing to share thier knowledge and expertise

Dislikes

Sometimes there aren't enought projects to work on, which can be bit slow for learning.
