There a lot of reasons why I like working at Samaaro like: - The organization has a flat hierarchy - Employees are encouraged to learn new skills - Work-timings are flexible But the one thing the I personally like the most is that the founding and management teams, and all the employees are really friendly and amicable, and there is no politics at play. I believe that the organization promotes an environment that conducts growth, both personal and professional, for the employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Samaaro. And even there is, I am confident that the issue will be addressed immediately. That is the kind of culture the organization has.

The work environment and excellent colleagues create a positive atmosphere. We work on developing a platform for Virtual Events which is kind of fun. Co-founders of the company are really supportive and help you grow.

There's a bit of challenging workload sometimes.

Company is open to new ideas and innovation that is certainly helping me grow in my career. There's almost zero micromanagement hence it gives liberty and flexibility to work, In every interaction, management speaks with respect so it feels like a safe place to share your thoughts and opinions. The team here is very supportive and enthusiastic which makes it a fun experience to work here. Although we are currently working from home , the company offers great work life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. Even if there's anything here in future, I am sure the team will work together to fix it.

The best aspect about working at Samaaro is the team. Firstly the strong founding team who have the experience and ambition to drive the company towards a vision of providing best experience to all their stakeholders. And then comes the interconnectivity and ease of communication between the respective teams be it sales or back-end developers or the marketing teams, everyone is very accessible and supportive to one another. The essential glue that holds everyone together is the culture, and no doubt the leadership is doing a pretty good job at meaning what they say. They help you get the work done and let you know when you need a break as well. We might be a small company as of now but I definitely see Samaaro growing to be one of the best places to work in the near future.

Dislikes

There's nothing really to dislike about working at Samaaro. Honestly in the one year that I have spent at the company never have I felt stressed to work. It's been a pleasure working with each and every member of the company.
