Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I am Anand Kumar Network Engineer in Sam infosystem pvt Ltd -They are very helpful and so much supporting in COVID-19 lockdown situation,and they are given video conferencing though How to protect about yourself from COVID-19 , in that time we are learning about new technology in Network Engineering, new setup plane about Network field though video conferencing and they are providing COVID-19 SAFETY KIT ( Mask, Hand sanitizer, Gloves ,etc.), Good management with HR team and Management team, company policies and job security are also very Good ,
