Only thing I'm happy about the company is that they'll pay your salaries in time.

...ays, or even 24 hour shifts, but without any overtime pay or compensatory leave. They're eager to cut your salary for minor things, but when you ask for an increment after two years, they'll make you run after them forever, and yet won't give the adequate increment or consideration. Even to get minor things done, you'll have to run after everyone, too much follow ups needed. No system, structure or proper way of organization. When I resigned, I was entitled to get around 4000 AED as my end of service gratuity and all. They not only didn't give me a penny, but they held my last month salary with them. Favoritism is at it's peak here. If you aren't a loyal informer of anyone in the head office, you won't have a good time there. You won't get the salary adequate for your position and role too. Anyone who's looking to work in a professional, straight forward way will find their time difficult here. My rating : 1/5

This position is responsible for all safety processes and procedures on designated construction site. Including safety officer enforces company safety policy and work procedures. this position works with the site manager, company construction safety officer, and general manager to complete accident investigation to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and third parties.

Dislikes

one of the thinks is that i liked the most about my previous job is that i was challenged in my work projects and i'm looking good exposure for example like overall upgrade my self, salary and different challenging work place and peoples.
