Many other peoples discounted the job because of salary issues. Many of employees are from other states, they didn't have sufficient money to pay rent or buy food to eat. Everything is dislike here, bad environment, they treat you like a tissue paper when ever they want they fire you without giving the time and hold everyone money. Don't buy anything from them. Bad products and bad people. A lady who is sitting there is really mad, even she does not have manners to talk with people who's working under her. She has problem with everyone she thinks she is the owner of the company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
