They will not provide the necessary documents while resigning the company(Salary statement, Experience letter, Reliving letter Nothing) and also takes cheques from employees, while joining the company they forcing them to email the accounts department asking for advance payment and include the cheque details in that. Its Completely unethical and ashaming that even these companies are there saying they are the best . The owner Mr. Boby also targets and scolds people who speak aganist him or his company infront of the whole team and make them work under pressure.

As a result, there is a healthy work environment in all of the Salve Maria offices. The management is transparent as well as accessible. They address employee issues and all the employees are equally respected here. And, the company also supported its employee's well during the current difficult period.
