All basic facilities provided. Secure job. Less work politics internal politics. Friendly atmosphere. Speciality chemicals manufacturing industry have many varieties of products in bucket.

Dislikes

Management lacks vision, biased on some employees, always try to benefit them more than others. Sales & Marketing is very week, growth is slow than expectations. New joining is tough, Lack of knowledge & education qualification in case of most of the employees but they holds higher positions.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
