Career growth is very slow!!! Indeed we can achieve experience we can achieve new knowledge from different different salons. People need to know that this is not only the job but also the place where we can manage ourselves!! Our personal growth and also management is mostly important. People should visit salons and give themselves some time to relax and also to maintain themselves.

One of the best things about being in a salon is the support system you have. All the friends that have turned into family will be there to support your dreams. It's very rewarding. When you make someone look good,they feel good.

Cleanliness. It's an most important thing in salon. I don't like dirtiness and unhealthy atmosphere in salon.

Good experience i have because developed aur skills how maintenance hygine , customer relationship builds, work as a professional and ect.. A secure and save job opposite traveling...

There is a lots of politics between owners and employees this should not be practiced as everyone trys there best , appraisals are not fair depends upon the organization.

Salary should be decent which is not same in some organizations ,career growth is slow, the salon industry is lacking behind in soft skills which is a must.
