The work pressure is very high when we have to complete plantation of sugarcane or h& t operation in time & given limited resources. Copensation is good but growth is slow. My suggestion is not considered at first by management. Management is always changed my work portfolio from management from plantation to planning to H& T of sugarcane as other employees are not meeting their expectations. This is good for me but at the same time I have to travel a lot to manage all.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
