Its not a dislike but salary cycle should be changed. Start the pay cycle from 21st of every month and close it by 20th of every month and release the salary by end of every month

Worst company to work with .. salary delay . Extra working hours no support from team lead or manager .. no briefing on new projects .. no escalation process . Donkey work . The HR of the company doesn't know English lol . Management is third class

Good for a temporary one month job. If you work longer, you'll risk your career

...ng letter or your money. I lost 16k in FnF. Actually there wasn't an FnF at all. One month salary gone. And I'm not alone. Happened to so many other colleges - I'm losing count. Please have some self respect and don't work here. Now the HR will write a few fake reviews to cover this up.
