You can learn more online. You won't be able to get a nice job after working here because you won't be able to develop any skill set. - People often leave the organisation because the toxic environment, work pressure and office politics which ultimately causes anxiety, depression and panic attacks. - It's better to work at other startups where you can learn more and develop a great skill set which will help you get a better job afterwards even if it means working for less salary.
