Maybe sometime the work pressure. Insufficient of workers. Sometimes work overloaded. Most probably . Most probably social discrimination exist.

On the job training is not given to new joiners. I m worked 1year apprenticeship but I can't join permanently... Can you futher step new joiners.

All employees are good to teach about all machines, equipments, materials. Who all are get a chance there was Lockyer person to learn from basics. It was more useful for me. This company is giving good accommodation.

Dislikes

We don't have learn about full plants in one year.
