...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like the working at salcomp because i learnt lot in that company only and the atmosphere , behaviour of the workers and lot of supportive for new comers.

I like each and every working locations at salcomp...only the salary is insufficient so that searching jobs

Less salary, no job security, no increment, politics in top management etc., No proper planning from MD. He blindly adding and expanding additional plants but no use at all. Simply they wasting money. Safety team(Mr. Godwin) he doesn't know anything buy act like an expert and he treat people's like slave. Totally worst management.
