Good work enviroment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the managements is transparent.company policiesare good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growh is slow.

Office is beautiful, alternative Saturdays off, flexible work timings for 3 days per month. Healthy office environment, supportive and coordinating office colleagues and HR department though one exception is the legal department. Company policies are employee friendly. Lunch facility available at reasonable price.

Dislikes

Legal department lacks healthy working environment and if you can handle manipulative senior and dirty office politics then you should positively join this department.

legal department is worse, the manager is a mad lady, she is basically from law firm, so she don't know the corporate culture she used to do law firm culture, she don't know anything but gives a lot of lecture, she used to oiling and buttering the management for security of job, very irritating lady, other department is okay but don't join in the legal team

Irrespective of the workplace politics, humanity prevails. Depending upon the department in which one is working, work can be executed smoothly. Management is flexible and understands if you are blessed with an understanding HOD. Feeling of being a family is just unbeatable! Team lunches and team building exercises are really fun and helps everyone understand others which in turn makes work fun.

Remuneration is too low!
