Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In Sakthi Enterprises a the workers can feel like another home, even the boss help the workers to complete their degree to who all are discontinued their college studies and allow the staffs to share their point of view regarding business. Our proprietor, Mrs. Muthu Selvi Maharajan always be kind to us and she always treat staffs as a family.
