Favourism,seniors don't know how to talk with there colleagues,2,3 years of experience guys are manager there without any knowledge.People who are working in client side they think God to themselves.they don't have work so they will force people to resign by mental torture.seniors are the worst in this company in Gurgaon .you will feeling like school in the office..client side employees are always try to do tortur on the people who are on desk..
