This is the best company in this industry.Owners are really fabulous and too polite and friendly. Any one can learn and increase their ability very easily from here.Over all both directors are masters of knowledge and capable to do anything. My all best wishes for this company must be for ever.Happy to say that I was a part of this company for couple of years.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
