... tell you this is the hike you'll get, no one cares to actually give the review. Salary growth is not there, there will not be growth in skills as well. Very monotonous job with less salary. You'll get extra work responsibility but with reality less salary.

Management comes from tangoe and ruling the 3rd class management Banglore and pune having too much of politics, Banglore management dont want to grow up pune employee and pune employee do not want to get up for banglore.

Company is grate, but Managers are worst.

... and growth road defined. Management just want you to keep working in circles. No Diwali bonus, rewards etc. Management professionalism and behavior is not acceptable towards loyal employees. You had to be in good books of managers if you have to work and grow in this company.

For a kickstart it is a good one...learning around 1-2 year...once saturation point is hit for learning you should look for better options. Job security is good unless you do something critical bad.

... support at all. Micromanagement is there even if you are performing out of box. No appreciation with promotion or bonus.

1. Hr is deaf . No one listens to the employees. 2. Recent attendance system is pathetic. . Prohance tracking system is one of the feathers in micro management done by seniors. . favourite employee will encouraged. No skill development. No proper trainings. 3.
