It's a farmer orianted company and it only make business with member. As it's name sakhi indicate it empowered the village female and pay payment of milk directly into their own bank account. The working culture is very good. It's a fastest growing producer company in Rajastan.

I Don't know when I feel happy in this company.

Working in this company, I'm facing so many negativity like... 1) Team isn't ready to accept me as a senior. 2) Team dislike me and start threatening me. 3) Working environment in a plant isn't good because there is so many illiterate people. 4) My Boss isn't so good one, he hate me because I got placement from my institute, and I'm not choosing by him. 5) Furthermore, other department employee also behave like I'm not a part of company, and so on.
