Work culture very bad, No Increment, not paid Timely Salary, not happily remove the company, company worker treate as a personal house labour. And this is fraud organisation, because under Saket infradevelopers woking 250+ fake company, thats company main work Black Money convert, False Billing, Money Laundering, scam money convert, etc

This company does not pay its employees. My salary is pending from February and likewise everybody else's. Every month we have to go begging to the HR for salary. There is no discipline. No Manager. The MD comes around 7 PM. His sons come around 1 PM. (That's if they feel like coming) So till then, no work is done. Important mail is left unattended. It is a no-mans-land, The HR does what she pleases. She deducted Rs. 5000/- from my salary without informing me or telling me the reason for it. Now she does not talk about reimbursing it. Many employees have been released giving Covid-19 as cause. And their dues have not been cleared. The MD retains his stenographer till late 9.30 PM

Dislikes

Teammates are not interested in their job and are not dedicated. This is because they do not receive their salary for several months. There is no job security. The company is not organized to see to the discipline of the employees. Employees come and go when they like. The MD comes late and most Sr. officers have to stay back late to interact with him. A peon was sharing the same table as me, which I found very demeaning. Peons don't get their salary every month and when they do they don't get the full amount. So the company is exploiting the workers and employees. They are taking their services but no compensating for it.

all staff have excellent civil knowledge of work and team communication is very good . every person helpful for each other . future career will be excellent.

our company management of ho is not good so many staff but not work properly and not any data of staff carefully.
