Only politics. The most worst HR people who decrease salary in the increment. The worst management due to their lobby group.... only their person will get promotion and recognition. Others are only to work and "Gali" as reward. Never work in this company in the current management.

Terrible company, Never join whatever salary given, when they feel you are useless they kickout anytime without reason. Whole HR department and one idiot boss never knows human ethics, they recruit only their own people and vendor. They feel their rules and policies make company great. But dear friends, their attitude down whole company.
