No job security And Risk highly ,if you injured no-one care you and your Mediclaim policy , pay all self medicine , company Inside clinic only one skin cream (sophramycin) no tablet The most things is One gate company Inside 5 plant but No policy for employee lifestyle and their standard because company is made in India ,I love my India but why No-one company (sajjan India) think about their employee standard Skin burning acid is very sensitive

Lot of things to learn but you should have self learning attitude, company gives you package as u demand, opportunity to handle the manpower, and high work pressure.

Good flexibox benefit for tax saving. Work life balance is there except 2 peoples who always want 24 hrs for work in management. Bus facility Canteen facility Timing

Politics in the internal group is there....they do all this in a team and no wrong there. HR people are worst here.....no proper system follow and no ethics is there. Lots of improvement in culture required.

Terrible company, Never join whatever salary given, when they feel you are useless they kickout anytime without reason. Whole HR department and one idiot boss never knows human ethics, they recruit only their own people and vendor. They feel their rules and policies make company great. But dear friends, their attitude down whole company.
