My bad experience hotel . not good salary. Same time salary not given No duty Shedule,no documents maintening My salary also still pending. Weekly off sam time not provided Same time off day also need to work

It is a very good property, Good teem work and also training, job security and career growth increase salary every year, work environment and work life balance almost it is a very good property.

Dislikes

I am working there swimming pool attendant also life guards but I am disliked only one things there is a very big swimming pool and very low salary and they have provide only on Deuty time food , off Deuty time no food.

It's five star only in the signage... No standard operations... Management is very rude behaviour to all staff's... 12hours duty with strict timings... No value for RM, GM, OM and HODs all department is operations is difficult because of management involment in a silly operations matters... Staff selection by CEO secretary no HODs cannot involve to select their staff's... No facilities available for staff's... They treat staff's as s.l.aves...

we didn't feel any job security over there. Also they didn't considered as human beings . When we talking about GM, he is a absolutely waste they don't have there on decision and acting like a puppet. When i talking about the hotel quality they didn't keep a five star standard overe there. All the guest amenities and equipments are outdated with very much dulled floor tiles. There is no signature dishes or nothing even a single food item we can't say it is good. For the staff they didn't provide a good accomodation . They provide a accomodation in a old abandoned building . If any staff is telling about any complaint against the staff food or accomodation, he will be dismissed from company within days
